Halloumi is so so yummy. There are so many ways to eat it. One of the ways that we enjoy it, is inspired by a very dear friend.
You will need;
- Salad leaves
- Red pepper
- Any other ingredients you like
Slice everything ready for a salad.
The best part of this is the dressing;
- Olive oil
- Green chilli (the spicier the better)
- Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste (easy on the salt, halloumi is salty)
Let the dressing sit. This dressing tastes great on any salad.
When you are ready to eat, grill the halloumi, cut it and let it cool.
Mix everything together just before eating, enjoy!
