Vegetable stir-fry

This week, we wanted something healthy and fast… So, I choose some vegetables of my choice, sliced them all and made a stir-fry. There were so many combinations of what I could then do with it, I thought I would share it with you.

Slice vegetables of your choice; (I did)

  • baby corn
  • red pepper
  • carrots
  • mange tout
  • onion
  • minced garlic
  • bean sprouts (as the are)

Heat oil in a wok. Add vegetable oil, you need it to get really hot. The wok comes to life when it is hot. Add in the onion slices, they should sizzle. Add in the other vegetables and give them a quick mix. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and the garlic, one quick stir followed by the stock powder and soy sauce. Continue to stir and cook for a minute more. DONE!

This is so tasty on its own.

What now?

Mix in with some noodles

Serve on a bed of rice

Serve with chicken or lamb

Serve with Fish or Prawn
