Salsa? Yes Please!

So, I love Mexican food, when we go to America it is one of the first types of cuisines I want to eat. In London we don’t have as many amazing Mexican restaurants, so we make it at home.

Here is one of the sides we all enjoy…. Salsa in a jar is fine, some of them are good but….Home-made salsa? Yes please.

You will need

  • Tomatoes x6
  • Coriander
  • Red onion x1
  • Green chilli
  • Cumin powder
  • Lime juice

Blitz 4 of the tomatoes, finely chop the other two (this gives it the thick consistency you need to scoop it up on a chip), chop all the other ingredients finely.

Mix it all together with salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.



So fast and easy.
