So, Mr. Man and I have an addiction. Quinoa! I think this is a food that is going to have to be experimented with.
This salad is a little different so I thought I would share it.
Boil and cool your quinoa.
- Red onion
- Black olives
- Green Pepper
- Green Chillies
- Fresh Salad leaves
You will need lemon Juice, olive oil, salt and pepper for the dressing. Mix it all together.
Serve it with a meal, or just as it is for a lighter bite!
