Quinoa mushrooms, to make this simple dish…
You will need
- Cooked quinoa
Heat oil in a pan, and in the sliced mushroom and minced garlic, cook until most of the water has burnt away.
Add (to taste) chilli flakes, pepper and salt.
Mix in the cooked quinoa, and eat hot.
I enjoy quinoa, We all like it hot in a dish like this, and cold in a salad form. Quinoa is a great source of protein, and readily available. Our children enjoy in too. It is very versatile and can be used in many dishes. This particular dish is a great, simple healthy snack. It is filling and yummy.
