Onion Papadum is a simple dish that can accompany and Indian meal.
All you need is
- Roasted Papadum (crushed)
- Diced onion
- Coriander (optional)
- Green chilli (optional, add to taste)
- Lemon Juice (to taste)
Mix everything in a bowl together and enjoy. Season with salt. You have to eat it as soon as you have made it, or the papadum goes very soft and you lose the amazing crunch that this side dish adds to your meal.
It is simple and quick to make and really adds a different something to the meal.
