These super fast cupcakes/brownies can be made in just 20 minutes. They taste great hot and cold. I like them the best straight out of the oven (warm) with vanilla ice-cream. Nutella cupcakes are a sure fire hit!
You will need
One cup of Nutella
Two medium egg
10 tablespoons of self raising flour
12 whole hazelnuts
This will make 12 small cupcakes.
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl (not the whole hazelnuts) and spoon out into small cupcake cases. You can just pour the mixture into a tray and cut it into squares for a more traditional brownie appearance. Place one hazelnut into the centre of each cake case or evenly through the tray.
Bake for ~15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Make them with a twist;
- Add crushed haselnuts into the mixture, it gives it a crunch.
- Add a teaspoon of salt, it makes a lot of difference.
- Add 1/2 cup of marshmallows.
