Chilli Paneer is a dish that most of us know, and have tried at home or at a restaurant. There are many variations however the Paneer itself it normally always served as chunks.
I decided to make it with grated Paneer, and we really enjoyed it!
Grate the Paneer x2
Dice the veg, I choose;
Mushrooms 1 box
Make a sauce;
Minced ginger (one inch), garlic (4 cloves), green chillies (to taste)
Add soy sauce (three table spoons)
Tomato ketchup (one table spoon)
Any chilli sauce you have, I used encona!! (To taste)
Mix it all together.
Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin seeds and asafoetida, add in the mushrooms. Cook them until all the water has evaporated then add in the diced onion and peppers. Cook the mixture.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander and serve!
