Little Twist

I have been quite┬áill today and while feeling sorry for myself I have also spent the day looking after my baba’s so…. this is going to be a quick one.

We often cook Thai at home or get a Chinese take away, I really enjoy chilli oil, so I took my chilli oil and decided to give it a little twist. I wanted to add some asian flavours, so it would accompany the dishes better! It was so good…

  • Two heaped table spoons of my chilli oil
  • One tea spoon of sesame oil
  • One table spoon of light soy sauce

It is super quick to make and super tasty.
