I only have a few…

Sometimes we are so rushed, we only have a few…minutes to whip up some food. My go to two minute meal, is re-fried Baked Beans. Sounds gross?? No!! So good and so fast.

You will need;

  • A tin of Baked Beans
  • One small onion diced
  • Green chilli sliced
  • Cumin seeds or Italian mixed herbs.

Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds or Italian herbs. Depends what flavour you want to go for.

I went with cumin seeds tonight. Wait for the ‘pop’ sound and then add the diced onion and green chilli.

Once the onion softens, add in the Baked Beans and stir, Add pepper to taste.



Serve it on toast with cheese on top, on a baked potato or eat it with fajita’s!

It is good as a lunch, dinner or just a snack.
